· Interior Demolition United States Post Office (Downtown Dallas, TX.) – This project called for specific interior demolition and complete gut out of specific floors. This job was completed under Federal observations and rules. · Complete Demolition Prestonwood Mall (Dallas, Texas) - The scope of work on this project was the complete demolition of the Prestonwood Mall located on Belt Line Rd. This project had to be completed under a strict time schedule and dust control was extremely important due to its location near a residential area. · Partial Demolition Love Field CUPP Project (Love Field Airport Dallas, TX.) – This project included the demolition of one wing of the airport. This included work on the runway area and in areas that were still being utilized by the airport and pedestrians. Haggar Manufacturing Facility (Lemmon Ave. Dallas, TX) – This was a complete demolition of the former manufacturing facility. It was performed under and extremely tight schedule, which LND was able to meet for the owner.
